How we verify reviews
- Each review is matched to an order in our system before it is published.
- We invite customers to review after their parcel is delivered — not before.
- 1-star reviews are published alongside 5-star ones. Only spam and off-topic content is removed.
- We never edit the text of a review. When we answer, our reply is shown as ours, under the review.
Before your first order
Who is Maison Argot?
Maison Argot is an independent ready-to-wear and made-to-measure label built around modest luxury: capes, dresses and tailored pieces designed to be worn elegantly and covered. Our only website is maisonargot.com and our only official accounts are @maisonargot on Instagram and TikTok.
Is Maison Argot related to any other brand with a similar name?
No. Maison Argot is an independent company and has no connection to any other business with a similar name. If a page or review refers to another domain, it is not about us.
How long does delivery take?
Ready-to-wear pieces ship from our workshop once your order is confirmed; made-to-measure pieces are cut for you and take longer. The current lead time for your item is shown on its product page before you order.
Can I return an item?
Yes. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Write to contact@maisonargot.com with your order number and we will send you the return address and instructions.
How do I reach a person?
Email contact@maisonargot.com. We answer Monday to Friday, 10:00–20:00 CET, usually within one business day.
